Residential lot prices are increasing as more buyers want to build new construction homes.  The City of Cape Coral's recent completion of North 1 & 2 utilities projects have provided central water and sewer which many new homeowners prefer.  Your searches for vacant residential lots may show increase prices from $5K-$25K  in the last few weeks.  Hopefully more lot owners will put their properties on the market, but they will be listing at the latest market values. Call Lois 315-529-1815 to find a lot or have questions on assessments.
